This roof replacement project required over 100,000 sq. ft. of mechanically fastened, reinforced EPDM. Along with the complete re-roof (including all roof details, such as walkways), our Projects Team installed all new flashing and sheet metal including: gutters, downspouts, and smoke-hatch assembly. Also, new cast iron strainers at drain locations, parapet wall-mounted bird reflectors were added.

Discount Retail Store
Our Projects Team performed a full re-roof on this discount retail store. The existing roof was demolished down to the roof deck and a TPO roof system was installed. A new gutter drainage system and metal edging were also fabricated in-house and installed complete with leaders and necessary accessories.

Retail Shopping Plaza
This retail plaza is a longstanding and staple center in the community. On this project, our team performed an infrared scan to detect any wet insulation then installed a completely new roof system for the main roof using 9,200 square feet of PVC membrane.
Also, 2,000 square feet of existing shingles were replaced. To accent the primary construction, new flashing, edges and curbs were installed.

Our expert team performed a replacement of a 22,800 square foot roofing section with a layer of roof insulation and Fully Adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roof System. TPO roofing systems are a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim used to cover flat roofs.
TPO has gained industry acceptance with its naturally reflective surface to reflect UV rays. The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) reported that TPO takes up about 40% of the commercial roofing market share.
New flashing was also installed to all perimeter walls and roof curbs along with a new aluminum scupper.

Our Projects Team replaced the existing roof (46,000 square feet) with a PVC Roofing Membrane as well as new aluminum flashing, front wall reconstruction and installation of walkways around HVAC equipment.
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) Roofing Membrane is a single-ply white membrane used in commercial roofing. Due to the membrane being white, it reflects heat instead of absorbing it, reducing HVAC costs and maintaining a cooler interior temperature. PVC is also beneficial due to its chemical and fire-resistant properties.

The entire existing roof (60,150 square feet) was replaced with two layers of roof insulation and Fully Adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roof System. It was designed to have the advantages of a rubber roof combined with hot air-weldable seams for extra durability.
New flashing was also installed to all perimeter walls, roof curbs, roof penetrations and drains.

First, existing wet insulation detected through inspection was removed and replaced. The existing roof (24,850) was replaced with a Fully Adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roof System. Wall, curb, and corner flashing was also installed to a new, suitable substrate. Old, existing shingle sections were also removed and replaced with inspected and warrantied materials.

Our PR Roofing Projects Team installed 19,262 square feet of fully-adhered PVC membrane along with rooftop walkways around heating and cooling equipment. Flashings, gas pipe supports and curb extensions were also installed around the roof to maintain minimum flashing heights.

This project required our team to install new a TPO system fully adhered to the roof insulation. TPO and EPDM flashing to all roof penetrations and roof curbs was also installed. TPO and EPDM membrane was also provided at all rising and parapet walls.
Edge metal was fabricated, furnished and installed along with commercial grade scupper inserts while installing drainage elbows at ground level to tie into the upgraded roofing drainage system.
