Our Projects Team replaced the existing roof (46,000 square feet) with a PVC Roofing Membrane as well as new aluminum flashing, front wall reconstruction, and installation of walkways around HVAC equipment.
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) Roofing Membrane is a single-ply white membrane used in commercial roofing. Due to the membrane being white, it reflects heat instead of absorbing it, reducing HVAC costs and maintaining a cooler interior temperature. PVC is also beneficial due to its chemical and fire-resistant properties.

Our expert team performed a replacement of a 22,800 square foot roofing section with a layer of roof insulation and Fully Adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roof System. TPO roofing systems are a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim used to cover flat roofs.
New flashing was also installed to all perimeter walls and roof curbs along with a new aluminum scupper.
This retail plaza is a longstanding and staple center in the community. On this project, our team performed an infrared scan to detect any wet insulation then installed a completely new roof system for the main roof using 9,200 square feet of PVC membrane.
Also, 2,000 square feet of existing shingles were replaced. To accent the primary construction, new flashing, edges and curbs were installed.
Our Projects Team performed a full re-roof on this discount retail store. The existing roof was demolished down to the roof deck and a TPO roof system was installed. A new gutter drainage system and metal edging were also fabricated in-house and installed complete with leaders and necessary accessories.
This roof replacement project required over 100,000 sq. ft. of mechanically fastened, reinforced EPDM. Along with the complete re-roof (including all roof details, such as walkways), our Projects Team installed all new flashing and sheet metal including: gutters, downspouts, and smoke-hatch assembly. Also, new cast iron strainers at drain locations, parapet wall-mounted bird reflectors were added.
